How insurance opportunities work

Service Hub — repairs and services

  • Select the services you offer and enter your applicable trade prices.
  • When an eligible request is matched, the platform can use your applicable prices to prepare a quote.
  • If selected, review the scope and quote, then accept, decline, or propose adjustments through the existing workflow.
  • Where fulfillment arrangements support it, claimants may be directed to a qualified professional near them.

JC Custom — replacements and custom work

  • Review replacement or custom requests.
  • Submit a quote and estimated timeline for an appropriate ready-made or custom solution.
  • Insurance-related opportunities use the applicable trade or wholesale terms.

How professionals are matched in Service Hub

  • When more than one eligible Service Hub quote is available, options may be highlighted as closest, highest rated, fastest turnaround, best warranty, or best price.
  • Which highlights appear depends on the request and the eligible professionals available. Not every category appears on every request.
  • For insurance claims, the claims team reviews the options and selects one in its claims workspace, taking into account preferences the claimant shares, such as closest or best rated.
  • The lowest price is not automatically selected, and being highlighted does not guarantee selection.

Jewelers Connect pays professionals for eligible insurance work according to the applicable transaction and program terms.

    Sign up and complete your business profile.

    Complete verification

    Finish the applicable identity and business verification. Review can take additional time.

    Get ready for Service Hub

    Select services, enter valid prices, provide current proof of insurance, and complete the other readiness steps, including payment and fulfillment setup.

  4. 4

    Participate in eligible opportunities

    Once the applicable requirements are met, you can review and respond to eligible opportunities.

Creating an account and becoming fully active are separate steps. Verification and insurance review may take additional time.

A free subscription tier is available. Transaction commissions apply where applicable, and the current fees for each plan are listed on the plan details page.

Eligible professionals, including existing professional accounts, earn one free month of Elite for each qualifying activation step completed within their 24-hour window. The reward available to you varies with your eligibility, the path you choose (selling, services, or both), and steps you have already completed.

Your window starts automatically on your first eligible Seller Dashboard visit while the offer is active. Visiting this page does not start it.

Rewards are free Elite subscription access, not cash. There is no automatic charge: free access ends on its end date unless you choose a plan yourself. If you already have a paid plan, earned months are recorded and we confirm how they apply.
